In Élancourt ( Yvelines ), the front of a building was the subject of a competition :
"There were about fourty painters in competition. but in this area of the town where the streets bear the name of differents europeans big towns, i noticed the complete lack of trees …".
Finally, André Inglot had unanimous support and won the competition. Henceforth, a tree with its leaves depicting the map of european countries can be admired at this place.
An outside front of the National Museum of Brest is signed André Inglot. It typifies the rough sea of the Britany coast.
He achieves many trompe l'oeil landscape facade on houses and sports or cultural complex, notably in Fontenay sous-Bois where a sad facade turns suddenly into a porch open on a courtyard. Or, in Levallois-Perret, a building gable
Il a réalisé de nombreux murs en trompe l'œil sur des pignons d'HLM, de maisons et de complexes sportifs et culturels, notamment à Fointenay sous-Bois où une façade triste devient tout à coup un porche ouvert sur une cour, ou encore à Levallois-Perret où un pignon d'immeuble se voit enrichi par un balcon et une arcade ouvrant sur un jardin avec des arbres.

In 1989, André Inglot answered a takeover bid and won the first price. With imagination and dexterity, he gave an historical dimension to the outside wall of the gymnasium of Vincennes, with his painting of a gigantic fresco representing architectural elements of the castle of Vicennes :
- miniatures from 16th century,
- four background scenes,
- and at the forefront, children of today take place with harmony in this spectacular fresco.
